Skin cancer treatments require close coordination between different medical and paramedical disciplines because they combine, depending on the needs, surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy. These different treatments can be used alone or, if necessary, in combination.
Each patient in whom we discover a melanoma should ideally be the subject of a Multidisciplinary Oncological Consultation (COM), where doctors from different disciplines are brought together. The choice of treatment is the result of this COM. All skin cancer treatment is therefore individualized.
